Terms and Conditions of Acquisition of Packages with Tickets and services of Rio de Janeiro Carnival - Sambadrome
- Before finalizing the purchase of any item, please consult our terms and conditions of sale. By purchasing any item, you are fully agreeing to our policy.
- The purchase will be subject to availability of tickets at the time of booking and approval of your credit card by the operator.
- Our prices are subject to change without notice. The increase in demand may lead to reduced supply and occasional promotions.
- Tickets are sold as part of our service packages.
- Forms of Payment: Paypal. Paypal terms and conditions must be considered.
- No refund will be applied to items that are not withdrawn or for unused services. We are not responsible for cancellations due to any reason, for example, for health, personal or any other reason such as travel or visa restrictions and so on.
- No refund will be given under any circumstances, even if online prices are lower than the prices you paid for an item or service. The values are fluctuating according to the supply and demand of the market.
- Check your order details (event, day, time, quantity and industry) carefully before confirming your purchase. Your ticket is a unique product, that is, after the purchase, it will no longer be available for sale and you will not be able to change or return the ticket.
- We reserve the right to offer an up-grade in your purchased package. For whatever reason, if the item you purchased is not available for delivery we guarantee you a better seat at no additional cost. You can accept it or not. If it is not accepted, your purchase will be canceled and the amount paid will be fully refunded.
- The security of your data is our primary concern. By purchasing on our site, you are protected by PayPal, which allows the transmission of data through an encrypted connection and also the verification of the authenticity of the server through digital certificates. Therefore, we do not store your credit card details.
How can I get my ticket?
Voucher: Once full payment of the ticket is processed, you will receive an e-voucher by email. This voucher must be exchanged for the physical ticket during the period from 17 to 24/02 (Access Group and Special Group) and from 24 to 29/02 (Champion's Parade) of 2020. Opening hours: 9am to 6pm.
Central Service and exchange of tickets:
Copacabana, Hotel Vilamar – Rua Bolivar, 75 – Event Room
Barra da Tijuca, Av. das Américas, 700, store 112 L – Shopping Città América, from Monday to Saturday from 9am to 6pm.
Additional documentation: In case of delivery of tickets to third parties, one of our agents will assist in sending the additional documentation that identifies and authorizes delivery: double-sided copy of the card, copy of the holder's identity document, credit authorization signed by the cardholder and credit card authorization form signed. We reserve the right to request any additional documentation from customers for verification purposes. In case of non-presentation of the documents, we reserve the right not to deliver the tickets.
Tickets will only be available during Carnival week. This is a security measure adopted by the organization of the event against counterfeiting.
Only children over 5 years old will be allowed in and the ticket price is the same.
Senior, Student or Disabled Tickets:
They are sold only by LIESA: Independent League of Samba Schools of Rio de Janeiro, through the presentation of documents.
How do we store your information?
Its cadastral data is stored in a database protected by firewall, and hosted in a data center of one of the largest companies in the area.
The user is responsible for the accuracy and veracity of the data informed; the user assumes full responsibility for the safekeeping, secrecy and good use of the login and registered passwords, exempting Ticket Rio from any responsibility for its misuse.
The login and password can only be used by the registered user, being expressly forbidden the sharing of login and / or password with any third party.
